For all issues, which question the compliance of any given Reseller with the Rikhav Infotech Terms and Contract, you may contact our Compliance cell. For instance, if as an Individual Customer you are not receiving support from your Reseller, or if you want to shift your Reseller and the old Reseller is misbehaving in this regard. Any issue where you feel that the Reseller is not complying with our terms or not acting in a fair fashion that needs to be reported to Compliance.
